For LOW and MID season, we offer a discount of 5% for bookings before the 31st of March 2012

Low season: special offer for senior citizens, including Lisbon City Trips

 Additional Details:

• Changeover day: Saturday
• Prices include weekly cleaning
• Cots for infants (under 2) are free
• Extra beds for children (ages 3-12): 40€/week
• Beach towels are available on request, so you can pack light (8€)
• Extra cleaning and laundry services are available on request (for an additional fee)
• The Quinta’s produce is available to buy: honey, marmalade, fig and peach jams and of course our interesting selection of rosé, white and red wines
• An additional fee will be charged for heating used in the houses (metered)
• A welcome pack can be supplied (including long-life milk, cornflakes, black tea, coffee, biscuits, fruit and juice) at a cost of 38€ payable locally
• Credit cards accepted (surcharge of 4%)
  

 

Terms and Conditions

GENERAL BOOKING PROCEDURES

Guests will be asked to send a deposit of 50% of the total amount, which can be transferred to our bank account.The remaining amount is payable at least 4 weeks before arrival or during the check-in (cash payment).

It is advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of reservation with your local agent.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 60 days prior to arrival 

10 % of the total amount 

 

Up to 45 days prior to arrival 

20 % of the total amount 

 

Up to 30 days prior to arrival 

50 % of the total amount 

 

Up to 21 days prior to arrival 

70 % of the total amount 

 

Less than 21 days prior to arrival 

100 % of the total amount

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Please leave a breakage deposit on arrival. It shall be refunded in full after checking the accommodation.
