Light cristalline yellow. Fresh and bright aromas of cut grass and elder flower. Lemony and mineral on the palate, some gentle herbal notes, crisp acidity and great concentrated viscose texture. Pure, long finish.
Leaf salads with green olive oil dressings, fish and seafood. Best to serve at 10 – 12ºC.
