Description

Ageing:

Bottled after 7 months in tank in order to maintain its aromatic potential.

Tasting Notes:

As 2018 was such a spectacular year for Pinot Noir, we decided to release this monovarietal Rosé for the first time. Produced with a blend of grapes from each of our three Pinot Noir vineyard parcels, this dry Rosé is balanced and vibrant. Light notes of raspberry and cherries mingle with a suggestion of a floral touch of wild rose, dried flowers and hay. Very subtle and delicate, with an acidity and salinity that makes this a wonderfully gastronomic rosé.
