Description
Ageing:
Aged in used French oak barriques. The two vintages were blended at bottling.
Tasting Notes:
Our first Ramisco, a ‘Non-Vintage’ blend from 2015, 2016 and small percentage of 2017. Complex red fruits and an earthy elegant perfume that jostles for space with a hint of more herbal aromas. Naturally high acidity and commanding tannins all woven together by an underlying salinity. With less than half a hectare of Ramisco planted, we are so proud, that even in tiny quantities, we are working with native grapes so integral to Lisbon’s winemaking history.
