Sant’Ana’s flowers journey

As a member of the Sant’Ana Wine Team for the last eight years, it’s only natural that I consider the Wine Department the best part of the Quinta’s various projects and businesses. But even I will admit, that while talking to Ann and the Floristry team, I felt a pang of envy at the marvellous department they have created, at their artistry and at how wonderfully wholesome it all felt to sit in their workshop and watch Ann and Sandra sculpt the bridal bouquets for the following day. Magic unfurling before my eyes. (But that night, I had a glass of Rosé and remembered where my loyalty lies!)
